  The house is lovely with a nice private garden. The furniture is nice and accurate. You can park in front of the place. You can reach the city centre by 10 min walks. In the kitchen there is a coffee corner for free 😊

  it s a big house with a few rooms, kitchen and libing room in common. there is everything you need for cooking and staying relaxed. the position is close to the centre, with no worries for parking (in the city centre this is an issue). we didnt meet the host but we have been assisted, kindly, in everything we needed

  Stor villa med flere værelser i roligt kvarter, med dejlig lukket have og med havemøbler. Centrum kan nåes til fods på 10 minutter. Gratis parkering lige udenfor døren. Fuldt udstyret køkken med kaffe og te. Stor behagelig seng og puder. Velfungerende badeværelse. Alt moderniseret og meget rent. Nem og hurtig kontakt med hjælpsom udlejer.

  Doskonała lokalizacja, na uboczu ale blisko 10 min piechotą do centrum. Przestronny pokój i łazienka, wspólna wyposażona kuchnia połączona z dużym holem, salonem. Można poczuć się jak w domu. Blisko do gór Anaga i przepieknych szlaków. Szybki internet. Ładny taras wewnętrzny.

  C'est une grande maison avec 5 appartements qui sont loués. Les espaces communs sont très spacieux, bien équipés, avec du café à volonté et une très belle terrasse agréable.
  Nous avions l'appartement numéro 1, avec une chambre spacieuse, beaucoup de rangement, bien décoré, une télé OK et surtout une très très très belle salle de bain (mais tous les appartements n'en disposent pas).
  On est au calme, on peut se garer et on est à 15 20 minutes à pied du centre mais il vaut mieux prendre la voiture quand même.

  La habitación, así como el baño son grandes y cómodos y con mucho armario para guardar la ropa u otras cosas. La cocina es muy amplia y tiene todo lo necesario. También tiene friegaplatos, que se agradece cuando estás de vacaciones. La verdad es que no faltaba detalle, hasta teníamos a disposición una cafetera de cápsulas con diferentes tipos de café y chocolate. Las zonas comunes son muy agradables para sentarse un rato a leer o descansar. Se aparca delante de la casa sin problemas y se llega al centro en 20 minutos caminando. Sin duda repetiríamos si volvemos a Tenerife.

  La ubicación era ideal ya que estaba a pocos minutos del centro de La Laguna pero en un entorno tranquilo y agradable sin los agobios de la ciudad. La casa está perfectamente equipada con todo lo que se pueda necesitar, hay un salón amplio donde socializar con los otros huéspedes así como una cocina amplia y bien surtida donde prepararte las comidas. Las habitaciones cuentan con televisión de plasma, un hervidor con infusiones y café y qué puedo decir del baño… me enamoré de la ducha efecto lluvia.
