  Nice apartment close to the beach. Cosy terarace with outside shower. Everything there what is needed for our stay including welcome present with wine and fruits. Comfortable beds. Nice restaurants in proximity. Friendly hosts.

  the location was perfect! very near to Terasitas beach, supermarkets and restaurants. the apartment was equipped with everything we needed for a weeks holiday. the large balcony was lovely.

  The Apartment was very well equipped, especially in the bathroom and in the kitchen. I really like the fact that items that were left behind by guests are being reused. Even sun screen, sanitary products, books and kitchen from guests are part of the furnishing. Cleaning products and detergent were available. The outside shower and the terrace are definitely a highlight. Due to the trees, there is a lot of privacy but less sun. The house keeper Eric is one of the kindest owner I’ve ever met who is always available for any questions. It’s his first priority that we’ve permanently felt comfortable. Check-in and check- out time were flexible.

  Es ist ein sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Appartment im 3. Stock (ohne Aufzug). Es hat eine tolle Dachterrasse von der aus man den Strand sieht und auf der sogar eine Außendusche zur Verfügung steht. Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und der Kontakt hat über WhatsApp sehr unkompliziert und schnell funktioniert. Zum Empfang war eine Flasche lokaler Wein und ein Obstkorb auf dem Tisch über den wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man ist wirklich in ein paar Minuten an dem schönen Teresitas-Beach. Auch Cafes, Restauants und ein Supermarkt ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Leider haben wir nicht damit gerechnet, dass die darunterliegende Straße eine ziemlich stark befahrene Straße ist und man dort eher ein urbanes Feeling erlebt als ein ruhiges entspanntes Urlaubs-Feeling. Daher haben wir früher wieder ausgecheckt als eigentlich geplant. Aber auch das war überhaupt kein Problem und der Gastgeber war super kooperativ bei der Stornierung. Alles in allem ist es der perfekte Platz für einen Zwischenstop oder um ein paar Tage in das quirlige Leben von San Andres einzutauchen. Wer eher ein ruhiges Plätzchen für entspannte Tage sucht wird nicht ganz auf seine Kosten kommen.

  Fußweg zum Teresitas-Strand wirklich nur 5 Minuten. Viele Kneipen und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.
