You know what struck me first about Casa Isaura-Bajamar? It’s how they’ve managed to create this perfect little bubble of calm right on Avenida del Sol – which, honestly, could be a busy stretch in other parts of Tenerife, but here in Bajamar it’s actually quite peaceful. The moment you walk in, there’s this immediate sense that someone really cares about this place. I mean, you can tell by the way the reception area smells faintly of jasmine and how the staff remembers your name after like, one conversation. The rooms are what I’d call thoughtfully designed – not trying too hard to be trendy, but everything just works. The beds are properly comfortable (I’m talking about waking up without that weird hotel back thing), and the bathrooms have those little touches that make you think “oh, they actually stayed in their own hotel.” What really gets me is the view situation – some rooms face the ocean, and if you’re lucky enough to snag one of those, you’ll understand why this place has that 9.2 rating.

But here’s the thing about Bajamar that most people don’t realize until they’re actually here – it’s not your typical touristy Tenerife experience. You’re staying in what feels like a real neighborhood where locals actually live and work. There’s this fantastic little bakery just two blocks down that opens at 6 AM (perfect for early risers), and the natural pools – honestly, they’re better than any hotel pool I’ve ever used. Casa Isaura sits perfectly positioned for exploring these pools without dealing with the crowds you’d get in Puerto de la Cruz or Los Cristianos. The hotel staff will actually give you the real scoop on when to visit the pools (hint: late afternoon when the light is incredible), and they’re not just telling you what the guidebooks say. I also appreciate that they’ve got proper parking sorted – sounds boring, but if you’re planning to explore the island by car, you’ll thank me for mentioning it.

What really sealed the deal for me was how the place feels during different parts of the day. Mornings are gloriously quiet – you can hear the waves from most rooms, and there’s something about having coffee on your balcony while watching the locals start their day that just hits different. Evenings get a bit more lively, but in a good way – not party-loud, more like the gentle hum of people actually enjoying themselves. The restaurant downstairs serves food that’s… well, let’s just say it’s clear they’re not just heating up frozen stuff. It’s the kind of place where you end up extending your stay because you genuinely don’t want to leave, and with rates that don’t make you wince every time you think about your credit card statement. Four stars feels right – it’s not trying to be a luxury resort, but it’s definitely a few steps above your standard hotel experience.

  Провели шикарную неделю отпуска в тихом городке Бахамар. При входе в апартаменты сразу же поражает наповал вид из панорамных окон гостиной. В апартаментах было чисто, владелица позаботилась о нашем комфорте и подготовила номер как можно раньше. Связалась за несколько дней до нашего прибытия, отправила все инструкции где можно оставить машину и как попасть в дом. В апартаментах было все необходимое, посуда, фен, утюг, стиральная машинка. Пляж в 3х минутах ходьбы, отличный бассейн, где мы сделали потрясающие кадры. В 5ти минутах есть рестораны, бары и кофейни, так же продуктовые магазины.
  Спасибо за такой прекрасный отдых!!!

  Bardzo ładny widok z okna, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, parking miejski pod noclegiem. Czysto. Miasteczko przyjemne, są ogromne fale, ale jest wyznaczone miejsce do kąpieli.
  Apartament ma dwie sypialnie (2osobowe łóżko i jednoosobowe) jeśli jesteś w 4 osoby to jedna śpi w salonie.
