  Die Lage neben der Bushaltestelle und die Nähe zum Strand. Ausstattung und Einrichtung zeigen dass da auch manchmal wer wohnt. Liegen im Sonnenbereich und sonst im Schatten, da kann man es auch im Sommer aushalten. Eine tolle Poolanlage rundet das Ganze ab.
