  The views are amazing and the host was very quick in resolving some initial issues at the start of our stay. The welcome goodies of wine, fruit and snacks was a nice touch. The house is fully equipped with most things you might need for your stay, especially the kitchen. Bath and hand gel are also provided as well as dishwashing liquid, spices left from other guests and Tassimo coffee pods. There were plenty of nice, fluffy towels for two people so that we could change to fresh towels mid-week during our stay. Nice to have laundry facilities although we didn't use them.
  
  The location is convenient to the north airport and amidst working banana plantations. The rooftop provides views of amazing sunsets and breakfasts and a nice place to relax. There is even a wine chiller on the top floor to be able to enjoy a bottle without having to go to the kitchen level. There are wonderful local paths to walk, the beach at the bottom of the hill is nice for sunning (a bit dangerous for swimming) and watching surfers. We were also given suggestions of things to visit around the area, such as another safer beach to swim at.

  It was the best place I ever stayed on vacations! I wish I could stay longer. As I booked Casa Catuja I didn't know that the house 🏠 is so big and comfortable. Two floors have a balcony and the best Terrasse on the roof:) House was very clean and you have everything you need there: from cooking staffs till 🏖️ umbrellas to take on the beach. The owner was very nice and friendly. His friend Mr. was waiting us for the check-in till 22 p.m., because our flight ✈️ was delayed. Mr. Jose was very pleased and friendly! As a "welcome gift" we had wine, fruits and some sweets from the owner. The location of the house is perfect: quite and close to the beach El Socorro, perfect for surfers. From Casa Catuja you can reach in one hour by foot Puerto de la Cruz, there is amazing hiking way very close. With a car 🚗 you can be very fast in the city 🌆.
  
  This house 🏠 is the best place for a family, couple or a solo traveler! Hope to come back again 😀

  Incredible location in a banana plantation with the most beautiful view. Playa del Socorro is only 7-10 minutes away. The house was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed (coffee machine, washing machine, hair dryer, clothes iron, drying rack, etc). The layout of the house is a bit unsual, as each room is at a different level, but that didn't bother us at all. You have balconies in the bedroom and kitchen and then a large terrace on the roof so you can enjoy the amazing view from every part of the house.

  A house in a banana plantation above Socorro Beach and away from tourist crowds. From the terrace on top of the building you can enjoy beautiful sun downs. The nights are quiet and you can stargaze on the rooftop terrace or if you like you can have an evening barbecue. Even a humidor and a washing machine are there. I enjoyed my stay very much.

  The hause was just amazing, there is just everything you may need. The terrace is just gorgeous, we grilled there and enjoyed sunset. Highly recommend this place. Just short notice the haus is 4 floor. Each room in separate floor..and we loved this .. The area around the hause is also incredible..the banans fieids infront is magnificent and the beach also..

  It was maybe the best experience from all houses we have rented – inside is everything you need. We were absolutely surprised of 3!! Flat-TVs – one in every room. The host was more than kind – he has even dont forget about my birthday, that I had during our stay. The view from roof is amazing, the beach is only 10 minutes by walk, the place is beautiful – what more could you want?

  Maison pratique et très propre dans un environnement magnifique. Bananeraie, côte très proche. Départ de balades. Terrasse hyper confortable avec une vue à 300 degrés tout simplement exceptionnelle.

  La casa se encuentra apartada dentro de una plantación platanera, lo que da una sensación de calma y tranquilidad. A 5' andando está la playa del Socorro, una delicia de playa. También puedes ir andando hacia la playa de Castro. La casa tiene todos los útiles necesarios, no le falta de nada. Lo mejor de todo, su azotea, cada noche subíamos a cenar viendo el atardecer…un auténtico placer. Al estar la casa apartada, necesitas coche para todo, aunque a 5' estás en Los Realejos, donde podrás comprar de todo. La casa es estrecha, con 4 alturas, por lo que las escaleras son obligatorias en todo momento, ya sea para ir al baño mientras duermes como si se te olvida algo en otra planta.
  
  El tema de acceder en coche en nuestro caso no fue un gran problema, es verdad que no se puede dar vuelta, pero puedes entrar y salir marcha atrás o adelante sin mucho problema, te acostumbras.
