You know what struck me first about BeExclusive apartamentos? The name actually fits – it’s tucked away on Calle el Cedro in this quiet pocket of Adeje where most tourists never wander. I mean, you’re still close enough to all the action (the beach is maybe a 10-minute walk), but honestly, it feels like you’ve found something the crowds missed.

The apartments themselves are pretty solid for a 3-star place. I was expecting typical hotel-room cramped, but these actually have space to breathe – proper kitchenettes where you can make morning coffee without bumping into the mini-fridge, and balconies that aren’t just decorative ledges. The furnishing is that clean, modern style that photographs well but doesn’t feel sterile when you’re actually living in it. What I really appreciated was the attention to small stuff – good shower pressure (seriously, this matters more than people admit), decent WiFi that doesn’t cut out every five minutes, and air conditioning that actually works during those sweltering August afternoons when Tenerife feels like an oven.

The area around Calle el Cedro is sort of perfect if you want to feel like you’re staying somewhere real instead of tourist-land. There’s this little bakery about two blocks down that locals hit up for morning pastries – way better than hotel breakfast, honestly. The 7.9 rating makes sense because it’s not trying to be fancy resort luxury, but it nails the fundamentals. Parking can be a bit tricky during peak season (those narrow Spanish streets weren’t designed for rental cars), but the staff actually knows the neighborhood tricks for finding spots. I had this moment around sunset from my balcony where I could see the ocean between the buildings, and it hit me – this is exactly what I want when I travel. Not some sterile resort bubble, but a place where you can actually imagine living for a while, where the sounds drifting up from the street are neighbors talking, not just tour groups shuffling past.

  Lovely location, beautiful apartment and poolside location. When we stayed there it was very quiet which we really enjoyed. Easy access to the front, with the craziness of Americanos a short taxi ride to the left and the beauty of Adeje immediately there in front and to the right. Can’t recommend enough. Would love to go back.

  Showers are comfortable with well-functioning
  Tennis club is nearby. There you can book a court for 10 euros and get balls and rackets for free. Plus the best cappuccino on the island for 2 euros. Highly recommended.

  Place was great ,fix shower in bedroom 4 very dangerous I went flying banged my knee because the shower leaked into bedroom and didnt npt expect that shower not great in no 4 .more glasses and cutlery would also be needed.Very tranquil place but is a bit out but do-able .Can't comment on pool did not swim.

  Studio was larger than it looked from the photos. We had 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 sofa. Bathroom was very large. The apartment complex was very quiet and garden was nice. Pool looked clean, but we haven't used it. We found parking places nearby, because in november it is not that crowded. Internet was good, terrace was private and big.

  Apartment was open plan, modern, clean and airy and host gave a nice touch leaving water and crisps for our arrival. Staff were pleasant and kept in touch well about confirming booking reservation and let us know in advance it may be noisy as there was a festival on nearby the 1 night we stayed there.
  Suitable for couple or family with young kids.

  it has this nice oasis feeling about it. It is like an enclave of green palm trees within a concrete jungle. You don't realize, that you are in a middle of other buildings. You are in you own little privet space which is nice and extremely tranquil.
