Palm-mar isn’t one of those touristy Tenerife spots that everyone talks about, which is actually perfect if you ask me. It’s this quiet residential area where you’ll hear more Spanish than English in the morning when locals are grabbing coffee, and the whole vibe is just… well, it’s like staying in a real neighborhood instead of a tourist bubble. The apartment itself sits in this modern complex that doesn’t scream “vacation rental” from the outside, but step inside and you immediately feel that someone put real thought into making this work for travelers. Those two air conditioning units they mention? Trust me, you’ll appreciate both of them during summer afternoons – one in the living area, one in the bedroom, and they’re actually quiet enough that you won’t feel like you’re sleeping next to a jet engine.

But honestly, it’s the terrace that sells the whole experience. I mean, most rental photos oversell outdoor spaces, but this one delivers. You’ve got enough room for morning coffee without feeling cramped, and the view gives you this nice glimpse of how locals actually live in this part of the island. Plus, you’re close enough to Los Cristianos and Playa de las Américas when you want that resort town energy, but far enough away that you can escape it.   L'appartamento è molto accogliente luminoso e pulito. Dispone di tutto il necessario per offrire la base di un ottima vacanza. Dispone di un garage privato e questo è importantissimo considerando i problemi di parcheggio presenti un po' in tutta l'isola. L'appartamento è al secondo piano ma è dotato di due comodi ascensori. Si trova nella bellissima localitá di Palm Mar, un oasi tranquilla a pochi minuti d'auto dalla movida di Los Cristiano's e Playa De Las Americas. Nei dintorni, a pochi minuti a piedi, si possono trovare negozi, supermercati e ottimi bar e ristoranti. Dispone di due smart TV con connessione internet a fibra super veloce. Nel complesso ci sono due grandi piscine e due bellissimi campi da padel. Ma il punto di forza sará il vostro host. Raul è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile ad aiutarvi. Per noi è stata una bellissima vacanza. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

  Questo spazioso e luminoso appartamento a Palm Mar è ideale per chi cerca comfort e tranquillità in una delle zone più esclusive del sud di Tenerife. Completamente attrezzato con elettrodomestici praticamente nuovi, tra cui lavastoviglie, forno, microonde, lavatrice e diverse macchine da caffè, offre tutti i comfort per un soggiorno spensierato.
  
  Il gioiello dell'appartamento è la sua bellissima terrazza, perfetta per rilassarsi godendo della vista sulle montagne e sulla strada. Si trova inoltre in un complesso molto tranquillo, con un ascensore e un parcheggio privato per la vostra comodità.
  
  Abbiamo apprezzato molto la nostra vacanza qui. Abbiamo apprezzato sia Palm Mar che l'appartamento, che ci ha offerto tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno per sentirci a casa. Lo raccomandiamo sicuramente a tutti coloro che cercano una casa accogliente e ben attrezzata in un ambiente superbo.
