You know what caught me off guard about this place? The name makes it sound like just another vacation rental, but honestly, it’s got this whole different vibe once you actually get there. I mean, Golf del Sur isn’t exactly the bustling heart of Tenerife – it’s more like this laid-back residential area where actual people live, not just tourists stumbling around with sunburned shoulders. The apartment sits right on Avenida J.M. Galván Bello, which sounds fancy but it’s actually just the main drag that connects everything together. You’ll hear some traffic during the day, but nothing crazy, and by evening it gets pretty quiet.

What I really appreciated was how the whole setup just… works. The apartment itself feels like someone’s actual home rather than a sterile hotel room with those weird abstract paintings nobody understands. The kitchen has everything you’d need if you want to skip the tourist trap restaurants (and trust me, you’ll want to at least some nights). There’s this little balcony where you can sit with your morning coffee and watch the locals heading to work – it’s oddly peaceful, actually. The golf course is right there, obviously, so if you’re into that sort of thing, you’re golden. But even if you’re not, the area stays pretty green and well-maintained because of it.

Getting around from here is honestly easier than I expected. The bus to Los Cristianos runs regularly, and that’s where you’ll catch connections to basically anywhere else on the island. Or you can walk down to the marina area in about ten minutes – there are some decent restaurants down there, and the whole waterfront has this chill evening scene. Parking was never an issue, which is rare in the Canary Islands, let me tell you. The hosts (Feel your holidays – they manage several properties around here) were actually responsive when I had questions, not like some places where you send a message and hear back three days later. Check-in was smooth, none of that awkward waiting around in lobbies situation. Look, it’s rated 3 stars and that’s probably about right – you’re not getting luxury spa treatments or someone folding your towels into swan shapes. But that 8.7 rating makes sense when you consider what you’re actually getting for the price. It’s clean, it’s comfortable, and it sits in this sweet spot where you feel like you’re experiencing how locals actually live in the south of Tenerife, rather than being trapped in some resort bubble. If you want to be walking distance from Playa de las Américas chaos, this isn’t your spot. But if you want a solid base for exploring the island without breaking the bank, and you don’t mind a slightly quieter scene, this place delivers exactly what it promises.

  The host was lovely, he helped me with my bags and even waited for me with the keys even though he finished working. Because my flight was delayed, he also gave me a bottle of red wine, that was very nice of him.The location is very good, for example shops very local, restaurants, buses, Airport,taxis, supermarket and beach. Everyone was very friendly and helpful even the security guards.Also nice views and very clean!!

  Truly a beautiful apartment, newly renovated , very modern and v clean .Good quality fixtures and fitting, all done v tastefully . V nice to have a bottle of fizz and wine left as well as basic condiments .Good location, easy walk to v nice front promenade and restaurants .Irish bar opposite surprisingly good , with live music and decent pub food for cheaper nights out . The pool.was v good but the rest of Green park run down but this didn't detract from our enjoyment of the apartment and area .
  
  What could be improved: Green Park resort has seen better days , but pool is very nice and clean. Its a pity really , that residents can't get together and tidy the area .

  Ott maradt egy töltő a számítógéphez, a szállás adó könyörögve se adta fel ! Ígérte de nem tette meg.2 hét után jelentkezett de addigra vettem másikat.

  Кошмар! Тараканы!!!! Просто везде, на кровати я просыпаюсь они ползают, на кухне, в ванной! В комнате где обеденный стол. По столу куча тараканов. На эту претензию хозяин сообщил что ни чего страшного в этом нет. Кое как дожили 2 дня с ужасом вспоминаю.
  
  What could be improved: Обман. При заселение обнаружили что сломана дверь с петель под раковиной. Сразу же записала видео хозяину апартов. На что он ответил что починит её после нашего отъезда. Нас это устроило и нам не мешала сломанная дверка. После отъезда нас из этого тараканника мне пишет хозяин апартов что я должна ему выплатить ущерб за эту дверь. Я в шоке
