First Impressions

I mean, you’re literally steps from the ocean, and having your own outdoor space to enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks makes all the difference. The apartment feels more like borrowing a friend’s place than staying in typical tourist accommodation, which I found pretty refreshing after years of cookie-cutter hotel rooms.

Location and Getting Around

Radazul isn’t exactly Tenerife’s most famous spot, but that’s honestly part of its charm. You’re about 20 minutes from Santa Cruz and maybe 15 from the airport — close enough to everything but far enough to feel like you’ve escaped the crowds. The area has this laid-back, local vibe that couples seem to absolutely love (and I can see why, given how peaceful it is). Plus, having that private parking spot on-site is genuinely a game-changer — no circling blocks looking for a space or feeding parking meters.

The Beach and Surroundings

The beach here is more of a local hangout than a tourist destination, which means you’ll actually have space to breathe. It’s not the white sand paradise you see in brochures, but it’s got character — think volcanic black sand and dramatic coastline views. There are a few decent restaurants within walking distance, nothing fancy but the kind of places where locals eat, which usually means good food at reasonable prices. The whole area feels authentically Canarian rather than designed for tourists.

What strikes me most about this place is how it delivers on the things that actually matter during a vacation. You’ve got your own space, your own terrace, guaranteed parking, and you’re right by the water — all without the inflated prices and crowds of the main resort areas. Sometimes the best travel experiences happen when you step away from the obvious choices and find something that feels more real, more yours.   Very spacious and modern apartment on the very first row from the beach. Very well appointed. Lots of light (and breeze). Very comfortable for a family of six, with grown children ages 23-11. Garage for a large car included in the property. Very convenient.

  Optimal location: direct driveway from Ramazul to Teide Park,
  close to Santa Cruz, La Laguna (and Anaga park), Teresitas beach.
  1 hour to Puerto de la Cruz, Orotava – and from there to the Masca Gorge.
  At the same time, it is a very quiet place (don't go to Los Cristianos and Costa Adeje!), few people and a small sandy beach in front of the house.

  Great option if you stay with children. A nice beach with black sand is within walking distance from the appartments. New good restaurants is also nearby (in Radazul Marina). I recommend to have a car.

Also the overall location was as well amazing for us, as we were in Radazul for a couple of days for diving and we only had to walk a few minutes to the port.
