The four-star property is positioned on Avenida Blas Perez Gonzalez, which sounds fancy but it’s really just the main drag that gets you everywhere you need to go. There’s something nice about being able to stroll to the old town for dinner or hit up the natural pools at Lago Martiánez without needing a taxi every time.

The Room Experience

My room was exactly what you’d expect from a solid four-star place — nothing groundbreaking, but everything worked properly. The balcony was the real winner though, with views that actually made me want to sit outside with my morning coffee instead of rushing straight to breakfast. The air conditioning was decent (important in Tenerife, trust me), and the bathroom had one of those rainfall showers that doesn’t feel like a gimmick. Storage space was adequate — I mean, you’re not moving in permanently, but you can actually unpack your suitcase without playing Tetris.

Dining & Social Spaces

The restaurant does a pretty solid job with both local and international options, though honestly, you’ll probably want to venture out for dinner most nights — Puerto de la Cruz has too many good tapas spots to ignore. Breakfast was reliable without being spectacular, which is fine by me. The pool area is where this place really shines though. It’s got that perfect balance of having enough loungers without feeling crowded, and the bar service actually reaches you poolside without the usual 20-minute wait you get at some places.

What really works here is the combination of location and atmosphere — you’re close enough to everything interesting but far enough from the cruise ship crowds that hit the main tourist areas. The adults-only policy means you can actually read a book by the pool or have a conversation at dinner without constant interruptions.   Room view on the 11th floor was pretty nice, could see all the see and the beach. Nice bed. Shower in the room I was is extremely good. Food for breakfast and dinner had very good options. The bar and the outside areas have comfy sofas and chairs for both day and night time. Great swimming pool. I would definitely stay again.
