The street itself is quiet – mostly locals heading to work in the morning and the occasional delivery truck. What really struck me was how the owners managed to create this modern, smart-home experience without making it feel cold or impersonal. Yeah, you can control the lights and temperature from your phone (which honestly comes in handy when you’re stumbling back from a late dinner), and the streaming setup is legit – none of that hotel TV nonsense where you can’t log into your Netflix account. But the real charm is in the details they didn’t advertise: the balcony actually catches the morning sun perfectly, there’s proper blackout curtains for those post-beach naps, and the shower pressure is what you’d expect in a much more expensive place.

  die Lage war perfekt und Ruhig. Kein Schlüssel notwendig um in die Anlage zu kommen war sehr praktisch. Die Terrasse war sehr schön.
