  Everything in the apartment is well thought out for the most comfortable stay, everything is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking. The location is also very convenient, within walking distance of supermarkets, the beaches in the city center and Lago Martianez.

  Property was ideally located, right in the middle of tons of restaurants, bars and beaches!! The property had a spacious balcony, which had plenty of sunshine throughout the day, this was perfect to chill at if you didn’t fancy going to the various beaches or pools.
  The property was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for our stay.
  On one of the days we stayed, I managed to lock myself out of the property. I contacted the owner and he drove out late evening a long way from his home to let us back in the property very quickly!!

  The apartment is comfortable & recently reformed with new IKEA furniture throughout. Electrical items are in good condition. Air con works well.
  Nice terrace with loungers. Kitchen is very small in the entry hall but fuctional.

  Wir haben dieses Studio zu zweit für 4 Wochen genutzt. Alles war super, das Studio neu renoviert und sehr sauber. Die Möbeln waren neu, solide, geschmackvoll. Alles das bei einem Ferienaufenthalt gebracht wird war vorhanden. Die Lage des Studios war optimal, sehr zentral gelegen, alles in fußläufiger Reichweite. Auch der Busbahnhof war in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber die uns sehr freundlich empfangen haben, uns alles ausführlich erklärten, sehr freundlich in der Kommunikation waren.

  De accommodatie was erg schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken. Een prettig ingerichte ruimte, groot terras, zeer dichtbij de zee, de boulevard en de zwembaden. Vriendelijke ontvangst door 2 heren met uitgebreide uitleg over alles.
