  It is absolutely fabulous! Location couldn't better. The view from the balcony on the harbour and the mountains is even better then the pictures could describe. Appartment is good for a short or longer stay, very well equipped! Bathroom is nice, clean and roomy, with lot's of towels. Kitchen is complete for homemeals and has a very big refrigerator. Even a washing machine, if you would be in need of one. The neighbourhood is quiet, but bars and restaurants are just around every corner, just like live music and the supermarket. And of course you can buy souvenirs and clothes. Lot's of whale watching tours on offer at the agencies. Also nice, use of swimming pool offered against reasonable price in the village, just a short walk, for if the sea is to cold or rough for your liking. If you want to go out of the town, but not want a long drive, there is also a very nice beach with great rock formations at Playa la Arena (here the sea was less rough, and there are more restauraunts to choose from, but I liked the atmosphere of Los Gigantes better) just a 20 minutes walk. Or take the bus, it's very cheap!

  amazing view and atmosphere of the apartment, perfect location, easy contact with Julio, all the necessary things in the apartment, I recommend and we will definitely come back there

  everything was perfect, a wonderful view, a clean apartment very well equipped, restaurants, beach shops in the area and a very kind host (we found cold beer in the fridge) … Julio was a 10, he helped us with information and interesting details about the restaurants in the area and the excursions departing from Los Gigantes (I recommend the trip with the Flipper boat). It was a wonderful vacation, we will definitely come back

  Excellent flat. Can’t imagine a better view from the balcony. The beach is literally outside the door. Lots of boat trips from the marina. Nice walks around. Easy access to the roads. Big parking space. Nice restaurants within walking distance. Excellent host.
