You know what caught me off guard about this place? The views are actually better than the photos suggest – and I’m usually the skeptical type who expects disappointment. The Apartment on the beach Paraiso Playa sits right on Avenida Adeje 300, which honestly sounds like just another resort strip address until you realize you’re literally steps from one of Tenerife’s quieter stretches of coastline. I mean, Playa Paraiso isn’t as flashy as Los Cristianos or as packed as Costa Adeje, but that’s exactly why it works.

The apartment itself feels more like staying at a friend’s really nice place than a typical hotel room. The sea views from the balcony are the real deal – you’re not squinting between buildings or craning your neck around construction. Mornings here are something else; you can actually hear the waves over your coffee, which is rare along this coast. The Paraiso Club complex is well-maintained without being stuffy, and parking isn’t the nightmare you’d expect (though I’d still recommend getting back before evening when the dinner crowd arrives). The 4-star rating feels about right – it’s not trying to be ultra-luxurious, but everything works properly and the attention to detail is there. Check-in was smooth, the kind where you’re not standing around wondering if they lost your reservation.

What really sold me on this spot was how it sits in the landscape. You’re close enough to the main Adeje action – maybe a 10-minute drive to the bigger shopping centers and restaurants – but far enough out that you’re not dealing with constant tour bus traffic. The beach access is genuinely convenient, not that fake “beach nearby” thing where you’re hiking for 20 minutes. And honestly, for a 9.6 rating, I was expecting to find some obvious flaw that other reviewers missed, but the place just… works. The only minor thing is that the walls pick up sound from the hallway more than you’d like, but it’s not a deal-breaker unless you’re an extremely light sleeper. The whole setup feels like someone actually thought about what travelers need rather than just checking boxes on a hotel developer’s list.

  The apartment was fantastic — extremely clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location right by the beach was absolutely perfect, with stunning sea views from the balcony. The facilities were excellent, and Juergen and Tamara are top notch, super responsive, kind, and helpful.

  Excellent communication and help from the landlord. Spacious apartment, terrace with beautiful views of sea. Easy and safe parking. Outside pool with bar with reasonable prices. Furnishings and facilities are in great condition. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance. The washing machine was a big advantage. I would definitely come back again soon.

  Las vistas del atardecer desde el apartamento son fantásticas. Al apartamento no le falta de nada. Tienen una gran cantidad de utensilios para la cocina, productos de limpieza y todos las electrodomésticos necesarios para pasar unos días en familia. El confort de todas las instalaciones son inmejorables. La decoración es muy agradable. Ha sido una gran elección alojarnos en este apartamento.

  Propre et confortable, le propriétaire a été super réactif pour nous remplacer la machine à café qui était défectueuse. Très calme. Toute l’organisation a été bonne.
  
  What could be improved: Tout était bien, peut être le manque de place de parc dans le parking, il faut avoir de la chance pour avoir une place. Sinon à part la piscine il n y a aucune activité dans l’immeuble
