So I stumbled across Aparthotel Neptuno Costadeje during one of those “let’s just drive around Adeje and see what we find” moments, and honestly? It’s one of those places that doesn’t look like much from the outside but actually makes a lot of sense once you settle in. Located right on Cataluña street – which, if you know the area, puts you in this sweet spot where you’re close enough to the tourist action but far enough away that you’re not dealing with the constant buzz of crowds wandering around at all hours.

The whole aparthotel thing works really well here, especially if you’re the type who gets tired of eating out every single meal (I mean, your wallet definitely appreciates having a proper kitchenette). The rooms are what you’d expect from a solid 3-star place – clean, functional, with that slightly generic but comfortable vibe that grows on you after a day or two. What I actually loved was how quiet it gets at night, which is sort of surprising given that you’re still in the heart of things. The staff genuinely seems to care about making your stay work, and check-in was refreshingly straightforward – no upselling, no complicated explanations about amenities you’ll never use.

You know what really sold me on this place though? The location makes so much sense for exploring Tenerife properly. You’re literally minutes from some of the better local restaurants that haven’t been completely taken over by tourists yet, and the bus connections are actually decent if you don’t want to deal with rental car parking (which, let’s be honest, can be a nightmare in the busier parts of Adeje). The 7.5 rating feels about right – it’s not going to blow your mind, but it delivers exactly what it promises without any unpleasant surprises. I’d definitely stay here again, particularly during the shoulder seasons when you can really appreciate having a bit more space and that kitchen setup. It’s the kind of place where you end up extending your stay because it just… works.

  There are plenty of available sunbeds by the main pool. This could depend on that we were visiting during "low season" just a few weeks before Christmas, but we never had any problem finding a free bed or seats by the pool bar. The pool bar is cozy and has friendly staff who are attentive. Prices are very reasonable.
  The apartments are spacious, although the balcony is a bit small for 4 adults. Amenities as expected in a 3-star apartment(toaster, kettle, and even a hairdryer in the bathroom)apt also have a big fridge, which is always a plus! 24 hours reception is a plus. Not all 3 star have that. Reception staff are helpful.

  I had a fantastic stay at Aparthotel Neptune Costadeje! Sergio and Andrey were incredibly helpful, suggesting the best things to do in Tenerife and guiding me on where to find the nearest supermarket and the easiest ways to reach different attractions. The apartment itself was spotless, very quiet, and had a lovely balcony with breathtaking views of the riviera and the sea. A perfect place for a relaxing stay—highly recommended! 🌟🌊✨

  Loved the space it was quite big, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was good with good water supply and hot water. The Bar was amazing lots of different options with food and drinks and the prices were very good. All of the staff were amazing, best staff ever especially the ladies from the bar. We love them so much.
