  Ideal location if you preffer silence and perfect sound of ocean waves. No cars driving infront of your apt. windows, no drunk parties around, no trash pick up at 5AM with the sound of breaking glass.
  Basically own beach. Essential amenities are there.
  
  The apartment is spacious, gets decent sunlight.
  All essential cutlery is there should you want to prepare meal yourself.
  Upon arrival we dicovered some stuff left for our convenience, which was very nice. Thanks for that!
  Regardless of minor drawbacks, probably the best place we have stayed in Tenerife.

  The whole apartment, everything is fabolous, all these little details like tools for cooking, hair ironing for the ladies, and the unexpectedly beautiful ocean view.

  Clear instructions on how to collect the keys from a lock box. Private parking was available on the roof of the building, which was a nice surprise. The building is in a secluded place. When we were on the beach at noon, no one else was there, so it felt like a private beach. The terras has a beautiful view over the ocean and was reachable from the bedroom and living room. The waves were loud and soothing at night, which we like. A laundry machine and soap was available. For us this was the perfect alternative to a beach hotel in a tourist area.

  The view was stunning, the apartment was spacious and cosy with everything needed. It was also exceptionally tidy.

  Everything was great for us – the location, the view, the facilities. Exactly what we wanted; closeness to Anaga national park, sufficiently large terrace with uninterrupted sea view, no other buildings in sight, the beach was practically just for the residents. Welcome bottle of wine and crisps (plus other basic stuff in the closets), clean. Thank you 😊

  We spent very good time at the apartment. The location is mavolous – very interesting and functional architecture with a nice black sanded beach and the next one nearby good for surfers. The apartment itself is decorated with taste, well equipped with everything you will need for short or.long stay. Frankly, if I had known this place I would have extended my stay there rather than going to anorher loacation in the north. Really great place – for sunbathing at the local beach or Los Terresitas at San Andres but albo for hiking in Anaga Rural Park. Highly recommended.
