  Had a great time staying in these apartments. Very clean, had no issues with anything. Tony was very nice and approachable and helped us with anything we needed. Pool was also spotless, with a pool bar beside it serving food and drink straight to your apartment or by the pool. Location was great near everything you need the beach, pub, supermarkets even right beside a 24hour shop and a pharmacy which is very handy. Would highly recommend to any couple or family.

  Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo appartamento e posso dire che è stata un’esperienza straordinaria. Fin dal nostro arrivo, l’accoglienza è stata impeccabile: il check-in è stato rapido e il personale molto cordiale, pronto a darci consigli su cosa fare nei dintorni.
  
  L’appartamento è arredato con uno stile moderno ed elegante, con un’attenzione ai dettagli che rende l’ambiente davvero accogliente. Gli spazi sono ben organizzati e luminosi, con un tocco di design che fa la differenza.
  
  Il punto forte? La vista! Affacciarsi al balcone e ammirare il panorama è stato un vero spettacolo, soprattutto al tramonto, quando il cielo si tinge di colori incredibili.
  
  E per chi, come me, ama riposare bene durante le vacanze, il letto è semplicemente perfetto. Materasso comodo, lenzuola di qualità e un’atmosfera rilassante che ha reso il sonno davvero rigenerante.
  
  Se cercate un soggiorno all’insegna del comfort, dello stile e di una vista spettacolare, questo appartamento è la scelta ideale. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

  Sehr schönes, zentral gelegenes, voll eingerichtetes Appartement mit Meeresblick im neunten Stock.
  Balkon liegt sonnen- und windgeschütz in Richtung Atlantik. Haben jeden Tag dort gefrühstückt und den Abend genossen.
  Steht zwar ein Wohnblock vor dem Appartement, stört aber nicht weiter.
  Wer lärmempfindlich ist, sollte sich für besseren Schlaf Ohrenstöpsel mitnehmen. Ab 21:00 Uhr beginnt die Discotime und endet erst um drei Uhr nachts.
  Vermieter Tony ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

  Tout était propre. Tony est très sympa 👍 il vous explique tout dès votre arrivée. L'appartement est rénové, tous les équipements sont excellents (vaisselle, serviettes, draps…).
  L'appartement est super bien situé au coeur de la Fiesta (si vous aimez faire la fête). Proche de tous les resto et du front de mer.

  Mi sarebbe piaciuto fermarmi di più, ma purtroppo non ho trovato disponibilità: è sempre prenotato. Un bell'appartamento vicino alle spiagge più belle di Playa de Las Américas. Ottima l'idea di fornire una scrivania da lavoro in camera da letto.
  
  Un appartamento moderno , si vede che è stato da poco ristrutturato, con Smart TV e Wi-Fi super veloce.
  Il climatizzatore è davvero un comfort azzeccato e che personalmente amo molto.
  Mi sono trovato davvero bene.
  La piscina è ME-RA-VI-GLIO-SA, ideale relax verso fine giornata così si vede il bellissimo tramonto .

  Un solo giorno di vacanza in questo appartamento fronte mare a Playa de Las Américas, nel sud di Tenerife, è bastato per farmi innamorare. L'appartamento è moderno, pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. La camera da letto è accogliente e confortevole, garantendo un riposo ottimale. Nonostante la vicinanza a numerosi locali, l'appartamento è ben insonorizzato, permettendo di dormire tranquillamente. La vista sul mare dalla terrazza è semplicemente mozzafiato, ideale per rilassarsi e godersi il panorama. La posizione è perfetta: a pochi passi dalla spiaggia di Troya e vicino a numerosi ristoranti e negozi. La piscina del complesso è ben tenuta e offre un'ottima opportunità per rilassarsi lontano dalla folla. All'arrivo, siamo stati accolti calorosamente e abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di cava e acqua come gesto di benvenuto, che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Inoltre, la connessione Wi-Fi gratuita è stata stabile e veloce durante tutto il soggiorno. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chiunque desideri una vacanza indimenticabile a Tenerife
