  The apartment is in a building with other rental apartments and also a lot of nice local residents.
  I felt absolutely safe at all times. The door lock is great and safe and its with a key.
  The view is stunning and the value for the price fantastique.
  The apartment is a 3-minutes-walk from the central busstation of Puerto de la Cruz. Right at the trainstation is also a supermarket.
  The host was very nice responding fast to my inquiries bevor and druing my stay.
  In spite of being located quite central it is very calm in the apartment and on the balcony.

  Максимально задоволені. Через проблеми з трансфером ми дуже сильно затримались, але власник пішов на зустріч. Дуже детально розповів про те, як добратися, як отримати ключі тощо. Помешкання чисте. Комфортне. Все необхідне для короткої (а в нас була саме така) поїздки є. Коли ми приїхали, на нас чекала пляшка вина, як комплімент. Приємно.

  Nagyszerű lakás 2 fő részére. Az elhelyezkedése kiváló. A belváros, a strandok és a Loro Parque sétatávolságra van. A ház külseje nem modern, de nagyon csendes és kényelmes. A bejutás nagyon egyszerű volt, a szállásadó minden információt átadott. A szállásadó nagyon készséges volt, minden kérdésünkre hamar válaszolt. Nagyon jó volt a házhoz tartozó parkoló. Sok élelmiszer üzlet van a közelben. A lakásnak volt néhány hiányossága, de az ár értékaránya nagyon jó, ezért értékeltük jóra.

  El apartamento cumplio mis espectativas, cierto que fue una noche solo, facil de recoger las llaves. La cama muy comoda, lo cual se agradece para poder descansar y sobre todo cuando incias un viaje al día siguiente de madrugada, que tenga un un colchon para descansar bien. Buenas vistas, y todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias con comodidad. Buenas instalaciones.

  En el alojamiento no funcionaba la televisión, para ir a la piscina nos hacía falta unas tarjetas que nunca nos dieron y teníamos que explicarle todo el rato al de mantenimiento lo que pasaba, que el propietario no nos dio las tarjetas, en la habitación olía como a orina de gato.
