Hotel Description

You know what caught me off guard about the Anatolia Sea View Studio? It’s actually got character – something you don’t always find in Puerto de la Cruz’s hotel strip. The building sits right on Avenida de los Hermanos Fernández Perdigón, which sounds fancy but is basically the main drag where all the action happens. I mean, you’re literally a two-minute walk from the black sand beaches and maybe five minutes from the town’s heart where locals grab their morning coffee.

The studio itself is pretty straightforward – clean, functional, and honestly, the sea view they promise is legit. From the balcony, you can actually see the Atlantic stretching out, and on clear days (which, let’s be real, is most days in the Canaries), you get these incredible sunset views that make you forget you’re staying in a 3-star place. The room’s got everything you need without trying too hard – decent kitchenette, comfortable bed, and thank god, proper air conditioning. The WiFi works well enough for video calls, though it gets a bit spotty during peak evening hours when everyone’s uploading their vacation photos.

What really works here is the location – you’re in the thick of things without being overwhelmed. The street can get a bit lively in the evenings, especially on weekends when the Spanish families come out for their late dinners, but it’s not obnoxious party noise. More like… life happening, you know? Plus, being on this particular stretch means you’re walking distance from Playa Jardín (seriously, don’t miss those botanical gardens right by the beach) and the old town area where you can find actual Canarian food instead of tourist traps. The hotel staff is pretty helpful too – they actually know the area and can point you toward the less obvious spots, like that little bakery around the corner that does incredible pastries for breakfast.

Honestly, with an 8.6 rating, this place is doing something right. It’s not trying to be a luxury resort, and that’s exactly why it works. The value is solid, especially considering you’re getting a proper sea view and a location that puts you right in the mix of Puerto de la Cruz without breaking the bank. Perfect for travelers who want to experience the town like locals do, rather than being stuck in some isolated resort bubble.

  I really liked this studio.
  Even though we arrived late, the owner met us to give us the keys and explain everything to us. The flat is clean, well-kept and with a sea view, the beds are comfortable, they provided towels, there were little things in the apartment like dishwashing liquid, shampoo, shower gel, liquid detergent. By the way, there is free wifi and a big plus is the parking, which is common for the entire Anatolia complex, but every evening we found a parking space. The owner is very kind and friendly. 10min walking distance to Playa Grande which is nice and 15min to Loro Parque.

  Great view from the balcony and pleasant as it doesn’t get the sun – but is warm enough to sit out (and dry washing!) Very comfortable bed which is great. Nice shower and efficient washing machine. Quiet area and little noise from neighbours. Swimming pool is really nice and hardly used. Nice to meet the owner and also very good communication from him, too. Parking is easy and we didn’t have a problem with it. Wifi pretty strong.
  
  What could be improved: Not things we didn’t like as such but the exterior door to the block doesn’t have a lock, therefore the whole block is open to all, in effect, but this wasn’t an issue for us. Some matching wine glasses would be nice and also some washing detergent for the machine. Neighbours smoking marijuana at all hours might put some people off!

  Nice quiet apartment block well kept in residential end of town. Access to bus station and supermarket 7or8 minutes .
  All communal areas very clean nicely tiled floors .
  It was handy being near bus station to visit the towns in north Tenerife like La Oratova ,La Laguna and Santa Cruz

  Amazing view over the ocean, it has private parking and we didn’t have to worry about it. Nice host, eager and opened to help.

  What could be improved: Bed linen and towels are old and stained. The cleaning could have been done better. In the corners and under the bed (I saw this because I dropped something on the floor and it went under the bed) the cleaning is not enough.

  Der Aufenthalt bei Maha im Anatolia Sea View Studio war spitze. Es war sehr sauber, die Küche hat alles gehabt was man brauchte, die Betten waren sehr bequem. In der nahen Umgebung gab es mehrere Supermärkte, das Meer war in 3 min zu Fuß zu erreichen, in die Innenstadt zu Fuß ca 10 min. Die Aussicht war sensationell. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

  Die Lage war sehr zentral. Das Meer, das Zentrum und die Bushaltestelle waren in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
