I mean, everyone’s rushing to the flashier resorts up the coast, but this place sits right on Avenida María Ángeles Ascanio Cullen with these stunning views that honestly make you forget you’re still on Tenerife. The complex has this relaxed, almost residential feel — like you’re staying in someone’s really nice neighborhood rather than a typical hotel zone.

The villas themselves are spacious in a way that four-star places sometimes aren’t. I’m talking about actual room to spread out your stuff, decent-sized terraces where you can have morning coffee without bumping elbows with your travel companion, and kitchenettes that are actually functional (shocking, I know). The golf course views are legit — you’ll wake up to that perfectly manicured green stretching out below, with the ocean catching the light in the distance. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays, even during peak season. The layout of the complex means you’re not staring directly into someone else’s terrace, which is honestly refreshing after staying in some of those cramped resort situations.

The location is sort of perfect if you want to be near things without being in the thick of tourist chaos. You’re a short drive from the coastal towns, but far enough inland that you get this peaceful, almost authentic Canarian vibe. Parking is straightforward — no circling around looking for spots or paying ridiculous fees. The staff knows the area really well too, so when they recommend a local restaurant or hiking trail, it’s usually solid advice rather than just pointing you toward the obvious tourist traps. I’d say this place works best for people who want comfort and genuine relaxation rather than constant entertainment. It’s got that 8-out-of-10 rating for good reason — everything works like it should, the views deliver what they promise, and you’ll probably find yourself planning your next visit before you’ve even checked out.

  it was very spacious and modern, with everything you could need for a great holiday. the pool was lovely, our terrace led onto the pool.

  The location is beautiful where you get a beautiful green grass scenery from the Golf fields and you can still see the ocean and the marina. It is never crowded or loud, you could hear birds.

  the views into the golf course and marina were stunning
  Not too many tourists so a little more laid back and sedate

  the staff were very welcoming and showed us to our apartment, kept the kitchen open to make us pizzas and serve beers once we had settled, gave us water for the night and made us very welcome. The breakfasts were optional and they were of a good standard and enough options on the menu overall. We ate breakfast, lunch & dinner at 19th Hole cafe attached to the apartments and it was excellent, the staff were fantastic.
