Look, I’ve stayed in a lot of places around Arona, and this apartment on Calle Ten-bel honestly caught me off guard – in the best way possible. The name’s a bit of a mouthful (seriously, who calls their place “Air-Conditioned, Remarkably Beautiful Apartment”?), but you know what? They’re not wrong about the beautiful part. When I first walked in, the light just floods these rooms in this gorgeous way, and the whole place feels way more spacious than you’d expect from the street view.

The location is actually perfect if you know Arona at all. Calle Ten-bel is one of those quieter residential streets where you’re not dealing with tourist crowds stumbling back from bars at 2 AM, but you’re still close enough to everything that matters. I mean, you can walk to the main strip in about ten minutes, maybe fifteen if you’re taking your time. The pool – and this is important – isn’t one of those tiny afterthought pools you see in a lot of apartment complexes. It’s actually swimmable, clean, and there’s usually space to grab a decent lounger even during peak season. The fiber Wi-Fi is legit fast too, which matters if you’re trying to work remotely or just want to stream something without that awful buffering.

What really sold me on this place though was all the little details that show someone actually cares about the experience. The air conditioning works properly (you’d be surprised how often that’s not the case), the kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook instead of eating out every night, and the whole place just feels… well, like someone’s home rather than a sterile rental. The check-in was smooth, parking isn’t a nightmare like some parts of Arona, and honestly, waking up here just feels good. The 9.3 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there – it’s not trying to be some fancy resort, but it nails all the fundamentals while giving you that authentic local living experience. If you’re the type who wants to feel settled somewhere rather than just passing through, this is your spot.

  The apartment is well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable holiday. One of its highlights is the very spacious balcony overlooking the pool, offering a perfect spot to relax. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the apartment is spotless. A supermarket is conveniently located nearby, and there are plenty of parking spaces around the complex. The entire complex is clean and well-maintained, and the owner is very communicative.

  The apartment is new refurbished and made with everything you may need for a holiday. Even if the place is small you can accomodate very well 2 + 2 kids. The outside terrace facing the pool is a +, a very nice area for relaxing. Kitchen well equiped, Clean. Supermarkey near. Parking spaces around the complex. The complex looks well maintained and clean. Owner very nice and comunicative.
  
  What could be improved: The area around the complex is old and in bad condition, you do not enjoy walking.

  El apartamento es muy acogedor, pequeño pero con todo lo que se necesita para una estancia cómoda y agradable.
  La cama es de 1,60m y muy cómoda. El aire acondicionado funciona bien y enfría también la habitación.
  La piscina es ideal porque tiene una para bebés y otra bastante grande en forma de J, que cubre desde menos de 1m por un lado hasta 2,70m por el otro!
  Hay varias calles de bares y restaurantes en las inmediaciones y el supermercado está pegado a la urbanización.
  
  What could be improved: Quizás echamos de menos un microondas pero tiene hervidor de agua y calentador de leche eléctrico, que lo suple. Las playas más cercanas son de piedras, pero nada que no se solucione con unas cangrejeras. En guagua se llega en un plis a los Cristianos, que tiene una playa más grande y de arena fina, por 1,5€ el viaje/persona, para no depender de encontrar aparcamiento.

  Excellent contact avec Roman. L'appartement est moderne, très propre et bien placé dans une résidence sécurisée avec parking. Les commerces sont proches. Il y a des activités pour tous les goûts. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci.

  Schönes Apartment, liebevoll eingerichtet. Bequemes Bett und Sofa, Schöne Aussicht auf den Pool, Strandtücher und alles was man für den Alltag im Urlaub braucht war vorhanden. Der Supermarkt war 200 m vom Apartment entfernt. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und hat gleich auf die Fragen reagiert. Danke Roman!

  Przytulny, dobrze wyposażony i położony w pobliżu sklepów i komunikacji.
  Dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania wyspy ale gdyby ktoś chciał spędzać tam czas to też będzie to z pewnością przyjemne.
