You know what really struck me about this place? The terrace. I mean, I’ve stayed in plenty of Puerto de la Cruz hotels, but when you step out onto that private outdoor space at 610 Suite con terraza, you actually get why people fall in love with this corner of Tenerife. The suite sits right on Avenida Venezuela – and before you worry about traffic noise, honestly, it’s not bad at all. The street has this relaxed vibe that’s totally different from the tourist chaos down by Playa Jardín.
The location is pretty brilliant, actually. You’re literally a five-minute walk from the Lago Martiánez complex (hence the name), but here’s the thing most people don’t realize – you’re also perfectly positioned to explore the real Puerto de la Cruz. There’s this fantastic local bakery just around the corner where the smell of fresh bread drifts up in the mornings, and the old town center is close enough that you can wander over for dinner without needing a taxi. The apartment itself feels properly lived-in rather than sterile hotel-room clean, if that makes sense. The terrace – which is really the star of the show – has enough space for morning coffee and evening wine, with views that change throughout the day. I found myself out there way more than I expected, just watching the neighborhood come alive.
What really impressed me was how quiet it gets at night, despite being on a main avenue. The building seems well-insulated, and the terrace becomes this perfect little retreat where you can hear the distant sound of waves but not the usual tourist hotel noise. The suite itself is spacious enough that you don’t feel cramped (always a concern with vacation rentals), and the kitchen actually has everything you need if you want to grab groceries from the Mercadona down the street. Check-in was smooth – no standing around lobbies or dealing with rushed front desk staff. The 9.6 rating honestly makes sense when you stay here; it’s one of those places where small thoughtful touches add up. The WiFi actually works well (crucial for anyone who needs to stay connected), and there’s decent natural light throughout the day. If you’re the type who likes having your own space but still being in the heart of things, this hits that sweet spot perfectly. It’s not trying to be a fancy resort – it’s just a really well-done apartment in a great Puerto de la Cruz location where you can actually live a bit like a local for a few days.

very nice big apartment with a beautiful view. large terrace and fully equipped kitchen. we didn't miss anything. apartment was clean. owner communicated well. great location, shops restaurants promenade within walking distance.

Great location with fabulous views from the balcony. The sea to the left and Tiede to the right. Spacious open plan with lots of air and high ceilings. Great patio doors which open into the balcony. Very helpful and responsive owners.

Location is very good,you have all groceries,restaurants and beaches near you.Flat is big and bright with all what you need,wash machines with soap,towels,plates,forks,pans,oven,everything you need to cooking (even salt,oil),you dont need anything if you book this accommodation.When we wanted to check out later,they accepted it without any problem.Big thx to owner

The appartment is wonderful, very well equiped with everything you may need. The host even left some washing powder for the washing machine, olive oil, coffee, tea, etc. The terras is much larger than the impression you get from the photographs on the booking webpage. It has great views on the ocean and also on the Teide. There are two supermarkets within 400 m walking and a bakery next to "cafe Paris" also within 400 m. The beach front is within 200 m and restaurants/bars are everywhere around the appartment. The apartment is very quiet, no noise from outside or neighbours. Internet is fast. There is one large TV and each bedroom has a smaller independent tv screen (not that we needed it, but still quite amazing). There is a nice swimming pool, not very large, but usually only with a few persons, so great for a quick swim. Important if you come with a (rental) car, ask the host for the parking inside the building. It comes with a small additional cost but is rather essential as outside parking is not easy to find. The parking is accesable by the elevator from the apparment.

Perfect location and balcony view: ocean on the left and Teide on the right. Apartment has everything you might need and even more and it looks exactly the same like on pictures. Smooth communication. Very comfy beds. Nice swimming pool. All the shops very close.
What could be improved: Everything was just perfect. May be towels could be different colours, so especially kids would better remember, which one is which, just a suggestion😊
