Look, I’ll be honest – the name “427 BEAUTIFUL SUMMERLAND STUDIO” sounds like someone got a little carried away with the caps lock, but don’t let that put you off. This little gem tucked away on Boston 4 in El Guincho is actually one of those finds that makes you feel like you’ve discovered something special. You know what I mean? It’s not trying too hard to be fancy, but it just works.

The studio itself is surprisingly well thought out – I mean, whoever designed this place actually understands what travelers need. The Wi-Fi is solid (I was working from there for three days straight without any issues), and the satellite TV gets all the channels you’d want, plus some local Spanish ones that are fun to flip through even if you don’t speak the language. The space feels bigger than you’d expect from a studio, probably because they’ve got the layout just right. There’s this little kitchenette area that’s perfect for making coffee in the morning or heating up some of those incredible pastries from the bakery down the street – seriously, don’t skip that place. The bed is comfortable enough that I actually overslept twice, which honestly never happens to me when I’m traveling.

What really sets this place apart though is the location. El Guincho isn’t one of those tourist traps where everything’s overpriced and crowded. It’s got this authentic Canarian vibe that feels lived-in, you know? You’re about a fifteen-minute walk from some really decent beaches, and there are these little family-run restaurants nearby where locals actually eat – always a good sign. The owners clearly know the area well because they left this handwritten list of recommendations that included spots I never would have found otherwise. Parking can be a bit tricky during peak season (July and August get pretty busy), but there’s usually something available if you’re patient. The neighborhood gets quiet around 10 PM, which was perfect for me since I was there to actually relax, not party until dawn. Check-in was smooth – they met me right on time and showed me around properly, pointing out quirky things like how the shower handle works (it’s a little finicky but once you get it, you get it) and where to find the best morning coffee. The 8.9 rating makes total sense when you stay there – it’s not perfect, but it’s genuine and comfortable in a way that feels refreshing after dealing with cookie-cutter hotels.

  Amazing from the start! The location is perfect so close to the beach, shops, take aways etc! The property is very nice and the pool is amazing! We even ended up extending our stay as it was such a good property and easy to communicate with the owners.

  Considering the central area, value for money exceptional. Fit 2 people with great private balcony view. Expect quiet condo with beautiful swimming pool few minutes away from the action

  Me & my wife stayed over Christmas in an apartment at the Summerland Complex in Los Cristianos. Apart from the intial problem with meeting a representative for the keys, it was quickly resolved and communication was excellent dealing with the issue.
  
  The apartment was brilliant and well appointed with everything you need – Kitchen (&washing machine), balcony, english TV channels & Wi-Fi.
  
  We only used the apartment as a base to explore, so the location is perfect for this. We really didn't use any other facility at the location, but it all looked ok and the people we bumped into were really pleasant.
  
  Overall & generally we were very satisifed with the apartment and would happiliy stay there again.
  
  What could be improved: The only thing I could was the bed was a little on the hard side.

  Квартира відповідає опису та фото. В ній є все для комфортного проживання, все в робочому стані. Телевізор, фен, праска, дошка для прасування, сушка для одягу, пральна машина, електро плита, чайник, тостер, бутербродниця, кавоварка, багато посуду для приготування їжі та столового. Спеції, кава, цукор, чай все було на кухні. Зручне розташування квартири, поряд багато кафе, супермаркет, з парковкою не було проблем. 15 хвилин пішки до найближчого пляжу. Проживали з 16.09.2024 до 25.09.2024, нам все сподобалося! Вдячні господарям за комфортне проживання!

  Sijainti oli hyvä, ja rannalle käveli nopeasti. Lähellä oli paljon ravintoloita ja muutama ruokakauppa. Autolle löytyi aina hyvin ilmainen parkkipaikka lähistöltä. Allasalue oli ihan viihtyisä ja talo vaikutti aika rauhalliselta. Asunto oli siisti ja vastassa ollut henkilö todella mukava.
  
  What could be improved: Keittiöstä löytyi kaikki tarpeellinen, mutta paistinpannut kaipaisivat päivitystä uudempiin. Kahta henkilöä varten oli vain yksi peitto, joka oli ohut lakana. Lämpimämmiksi lisäpeitoiksi oli varattu fleecevilttejä.
