Hotel Description
You know what caught me off guard about 329 Parque Santiago 2? The moment I walked into this apartment-style place on Avenida Rafael Puig Lluvina, it felt way more spacious and thoughtfully set up than I expected from a 3-star property. I mean, that 9.7 rating isn’t just inflated guest satisfaction – there’s actually substance here. The building sits right in the heart of Playa de las Américas, which honestly can be a bit chaotic with all the British holidaymakers and late-night revelry, but this particular stretch of Rafael Puig Lluvina is tucked just far enough back that you’re not dealing with constant street noise. The apartment itself has this lived-in comfort that vacation rentals often lack – proper kitchen equipment (not those sad hotel mini-fridges), decent-sized balcony where you can actually sit and have morning coffee, and bathroom fixtures that don’t feel like they’re held together with hope and construction adhesive.
What really sells this place, though, is how it connects you to the real Tenerife experience without isolating you from the tourist infrastructure you probably need. Walk five minutes toward the coast and you’re at Playa de Troya with its golden sand and beach bars serving surprisingly decent pulpo – but head the other direction and you can catch local buses up to Los Cristianos or even make the trek to Teide if you’re feeling ambitious. The Tenerife Rental & Sales team actually knows their stuff too, which is refreshing after dealing with some of the more tourist-trap-oriented management companies in the area. They’ll point you toward the weekend markets in nearby San Eugenio where locals actually shop, not just the sanitized hotel excursions. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle during peak season (basically November through March when everyone’s escaping European winter), but there’s usually street parking within a block or two if you’re patient. The building itself shows its age in small ways – the elevator’s a bit slow, tiles in the hallway have that worn-smooth look from decades of flip-flops – but everything works and feels maintained rather than neglected.
Here’s the thing about staying here: it’s perfect for people who want to feel like they’re actually visiting somewhere rather than just occupying a hotel room. You’ll grocery shop at the Mercadona down the street, figure out the local bus schedule, maybe chat with the German couple who’ve been coming to this building for the past eight years. It’s not luxury, but it’s authentic in a way that the big resort complexes just can’t match. The value proposition is honestly unbeatable – you’re paying 3-star prices for what feels like a well-located, well-maintained apartment that happens to have professional management and daily housekeeping. Perfect for couples or small families who want to explore Tenerife properly without breaking the bank or feeling trapped in tourist bubble-land.

Thank you😊 – Sandra from Lithuania – 27 April 2025 (10/10)
The apartment was wonderful, with an excellent location right on the oceanfront. The complex features a large heated swimming pool. The apartment was fully equipped with all the necessary kitchenware and utensils, perfect for a family stay. Everything was simply outstanding and exceeded our expectations. Communication with the property manager was easy and smooth — they were very helpful, explained everything clearly, and even provided a late check-out. We are very grateful and highly recommend this place!
What could be improved: The only drawback was the very weak Wi-Fi.Exceptional – Steph from United Kingdom – 5 January 2025 (10/10)
